Press VOID
Enter the 6-Digit security password
Enter the customer transaction receipt number from the receipt or select manually from the list of all the transactions or scan the QR code at the bottom of the customer receipt
Confirm the amount and details with the customer before proceeding
Press YES and confirm
Upon approval of the transaction, keep the merchant slip for security reasons,
If transaction is declined, kindly check the response code at the bottom of the slip and proceed accordingly
