Flip the POS Machine over
Slide the lock from left to right to release the cover
Remove the back cover
Pull up the battery from the back
Pull the battery backwards to remove the battery
Insert/Remove the SIM card in the left side top SIM Slot facing the Gold chip downwards
Put the battery back in
Put the cover back and slide the lock from right to left to secure the POS Machine
Hold the power button for 5-7 seconds to turn on the device
Wait for the machine to fully boot
If there is still no signal, kindly open a ticket or call or helpline for further assistance
